ReveLumi started from a simple observation. Product teams know they should talk to users more. Almost none do it consistently, because scheduling interviews is slow, synthesizing conversations takes work, and the sprint doesn’t wait.
We built ReveLumi to solve exactly that. Structured research conversations over WhatsApp, asynchronous and at scale, surfacing the why behind behavior that no dashboard can give you.
And to build ReveLumi we used the same four principles I learned leading product at Gympass and Lopes. Cadence as a culture signal. Focus on the problem before the activity. Accountability for outcomes, not output. An ecosystem mindset, understanding why customers show up, not just what they do once they’re there.
On June 30, at 7 pm BRT, I’ll tell that whole story on Product Circle Chat, hosted by Irene Liakos. I’ll show how the same four principles hold up in a large transformation like Gympass and in a young startup like ReveLumi. At the end of the session, I’ll demo ReveLumi live.
