Today, I’d like to cover three topics.
The first is our vision. Those who know me are aware of how much I like using value-exchange diagrams to illustrate a product vision. Well, here is our vision for ReveLumi:
This diagram clearly outlines our purpose: to bring companies closer to their customers, users, and employees by transforming their motivations and preferences into insights that drive revenue, retention, and engagement. Since we help companies listen to their customers, we need a clear vision of our own. It guides what we build—and, just as importantly, what we choose not to build.
The second topic is an episode of the *BuilderModeOn* podcast featuring our co-founder, Anderson Borges. In it, he shares what led him to become an entrepreneur after serving as CTO for five different companies:

And the third topic is a request for help.
Do you use NPS? What has your experience been like regarding the results and insights derived from this metric?
We are looking to hear from those who deal with this on a daily basis—whether in Customer Success (CS), Customer Experience (CX), product, or marketing. We want to understand the pain points associated with measuring NPS and drawing conclusions from it.
The conversation takes place with our research agent, either via WhatsApp or the web. It covers three main themes with a few follow-up questions. It usually takes about 5 minutes, and you can respond via text or audio. We’ll share our findings here:

I hope you enjoyed this week’s updates—a bit of a departure from our previous editions! If you’d like to discuss how to put your company’s research on autopilot—whether for NPS, CSAT, or more in-depth qualitative research—just book a time on our calendar.
